GENERAL FAQ

What type of editing do you do?
All images receive high end professional retouching, including colour & exposure adjustments, skin smoothing, and background refinements in my signature rich and colourful style.

How do we choose our photos?
You'll receive a digital proofing gallery of unedited images within a few days of your session. From there, you can select your favourites based on your package, which will then be fully edited.

How do I receive my final photos?
Final edited images are delivered through a private online gallery where you can download them in high resolution.

Can I purchase additional images?
You can purchase additional images for any package at a rate of $50 per image, with bundle discounts available.

Do you offer prints & albums?
Yes, I offer optional professional quality prints, albums, wall art, birth announcements, baby shower invitations and more to showcase your portraits, which are available to purchase after your session.

Do you sell gift certificates?
No, I do not offer gift certificates due to the personal nature of photography and the custom experience provided for each session.

Can I pay my package in installments?
If you book in advance, only a retainer is required to secure your session date ($100 for newborn and family sessions, and $250 for maternity, cake smash and boudoir sessions). The full balance of your package is due 4 weeks before the session.

What if I need to reschedule my session?
I have a flexible rescheduling policy for illness or accidents. For non-urgent rescheduling close to your session date, or for sessions that require the rental of a location, there may be rescheduling fees. If you book in advance, I offer a 4 week check-in to confirm that your session date still works for you.

Do you allow cancellations?
All retainers are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please reach out to discuss options.
